Attendance at Talise Fitness group fitness classes exceeds 5,600 visitors per month?

In a recent survey conducted by the IHRSA (International Health, Racquet and Sports Club Association), those who go to the gym but do not partake in group exercise are 56% more likely to cancel their membership.  In addition, almost 60% of those who take part in group exercise pointed towards social motivation as the reason they attend the club.
At Talise Fitness, the team has been developing a varied and challenging group exercise programme to keep our members engaged.
Nikola Vojinovic, has been appointed Group Exercise Master Trainer for Talise Fitness.  Nikola is a graduate from the Sports College Belgrade and has an extensive background within the fitness industry.  Nikola is responsible for developing the group exercise offering within the clubs.
The strategy to enhance the group exercise class offering has been met with great success as Talise Fitness has been able to achieve an average 70% membership retention year on year, compared to theindustry norm of 50%.
The most popular group training classes at Talise are RPM, a cardio intensive static bike class, Body Pump, which combines cardio with weight-based training and Zumba, a Latin-inspired dance based cardio class.
Talise has also introduced a number of new classes and training concepts including Ankorr, Omnia, and METAFIT, Tabata , HIIT and GRIT, which are incorporate bursts of cardio work which are great for burning fat and toning.
