The classes which operate five times a week promote body toning and shaping, strength training and flexibility. The classes cater for all abilities and members can enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting which encourages participation and motivation. The new classes at Talise Fitness, Burj Al Arab include:
- Zumba Toning: A fitness class that combines dance moves and tones target areas including arms, abs and thighs.
- Kinesis: A cable-based workout that offers unlimited exercise routines to improve sports rehabilitation, strength, endurance and fitness levels.
- Yogalates: A yoga practice based on Stott Pilates principles and techniques that increases flexibility and promotes a sense of wellbeing.
