Since my childhood I have always been passionate about movement: acrobatics, gymnastics, downhill skiing, classical ballet, horseback riding,and pure strength training.
As a Personal Trainer I`m driven to not just train you, but to change your lifestyle step by step and to help you develop a passion for moving. I want you to start to love your body and to get addicted to that amazing feeling after a workout. I love functional, bodyweight and high intensive HIIT trainings. Based on my dance and gymnastic background, I also focus very much on flexibility and mobility in all my training sessions I like teaching energetic lessons like body pump, trx, core classes, body shaping and posture improving ballet workouts or outdoor bootcamps.

With a demanding work life, travelling a lot, and having to attend business dinners, I used to feel bad about my body, often tired and with low energy. But Leslie managed to keep me coming back to the gym. With her infectious positivity she knew how to motivate me at the right time, how to distract me, entertain me and how to push me to limits I never knew. I have benefitted by becoming literally a new me, stronger and leaner, which makes me feel amazing and full of energy again.
