Before joining the fitness industry, I was a 100-meter and 200-meter sprinter and an open water lifeguard from the Philippines. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing basketball, surfing, swimming and travelling.
Aside from personal training sessions, I conduct fun, interactive and engaging group classes such as TRX, circuit training and high intensity interval training.
Whether you want to lose weight, build those muscles or just get fitter, I will work hard in order for you to become more confident, happier and healthier!
