Before joining the fitness industry, I was a 100-meter and 200-meter sprinter and an open water lifeguard from the Philippines. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing basketball, surfing, swimming and travelling. Aside from personal training sessions, I conduct fun, interactive and engaging group classes such as TRX, circuit training and high intensity interval training. Originally I'm from the Russia Federation. I have been living in Dubai since 2007 where I started my career as Sport therapist and kickboxing instructor. I was the national champion in Kickboxing and then I used my passion and skills of kickboxing for personal training. My aim is to provide interesting sessions and get great result for my clients.
