Essentials, Foam rolling, Trigger point therapy and equipment such as TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer, Kettlebells and VIPR. Now I am certified in all of these and I would like to share these experiences with my clients to help them reach their optimal fitness goal.

Mehrdad has personally helped me reach new goals, with a re-structured and more balanced approach to gym work-outs, whilst always keeping a good & varied regime in place across weight-training, functional practices & recovery plans.
