My dream became a reality after moving to the UK where I fell in love with heavy lifting, functional training and HIIT. My passion and hobby become my job and today I have 8 years of experience as a trainer, I am an IFBB British Champion in Body Fitness, sponsored athlete, international competitor and my physique has been featured in bodybuilding magazines.

As an ex member of the British Army, I have served on Operations and in Iraq & Afghanistan. I decided to join the British Army as an infantry Soldier but specialise as a Physical Training Instructor. My role was to get soldiers physically fit enough to fight in different terrains and climates around the world. My motto is TRAIN HARD, FIGHT EASY. There is no point training unless it’s going to be hard and you’re going to push yourself that little bit harder each time to reach your goal in the least possible amount of time then you can sit back and look at the sculpted body you have built.

Originally from Philippines, I have been a personal trainer for more than 5 years.
