I’m from Iran and the huge city of Tehran. I have served in this industry for 20 years and 6 years of them in Dubai. In these years I have always been looking for the different ways to get the best results from my workout, which led me to add variety of different types of exercises including functional training movement, Rehab Essentials, Foam rolling, Trigger point therapy and equipment such as TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer, Kettlebells and VIPR.
