I started off my working career in a bank as a client advisor and private banker. As a passionate dancer and in love with music I became a performer and dance instructor to pass my passion and knowledge to others. I therefore my interest in health and fitness grew and I started my education in personal training and nutrition. To keep my body fit and in balance, I combine my training always with a separated stretching session every week. Beside dancing and gym workouts I enjoy as well Muay Thai and boxing to get a clear mind and body.

I'm originally from Philippines where my experience spans almost 20 years, starting from 1996 till present, helping over a thousand individuals reach their fitness goals. I have personally competed in bodybuilding between 2006 and 2007. I am always keen to keep my knowledge up-to-date and also qualified in the following: Kettlebells, TRX, XLR8, BOSU, Stability Ball, Foam Roller & Power Plate. I'm conducting the highly popular Zumba class which I founded in 2011 at Talise Fitness. I'm also an expert in rehabilitation and sports massage therapy.
